Community building is a continual practice of proactive engagement.

• As a small, volunteer-led organization, we prioritize listening, guiding, and supporting our affiliates and allies across Baltimore.
• We commit to consistently create safe spaces and opportunities for LGBTQ+ Jews and allies to connect, support one another, and foster enduring relationships.
• We support neighborhood institutions and people by fundraising for leadership training and seed gifts.
