9/25/20 - Join the Maryland Tiny House Coalition to better shepherd resources across Maryland to advocate for planning tiny homes across jurisdictions. Plan for a quarterly house tour, happy hour, workshop, or webinar. Ongoing group projects updated regularly on our Slack discussion group. Our big project at the moment is to compare comprehensive plans for identifying small towns that welcome alternatives to multifamily; we also are slowly making a contact list and a land use policy guide for local reps to encourage leaders in their own backyard. This coalition is an affinity group founded in July 2020, with a team of volunteers led by an Advisory Committee and Organizing Action Committee.
