• A joke works add it to a routine
• Every time you go up, you re-tool to see what works
• Look at joke books
• Write jokes off of a premise
• Decide on how much time you have. Illuminate what you have the most time for. X normal act, Y experiment with new material. Hope for one good reception!
• Be smart about what you need to accomplish
